What does the 5% fee cover?

On the Free plan Figgy keeps 5% of each tip or sale made through your page. It’s taken automatically at checkout, so you never get an invoice. Pro takes nothing.

Are there other fees?

Stripe charges its standard card processing on each payment, on both plans. Payouts go from your own Stripe account to your bank on Stripe’s schedule.

Can I cancel Pro?

Yes, any time from Earnings → Manage billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your page moves to Free. Nothing on your page is deleted.

Is anything limited on Free?

No limits on links, visitors, players, signups or analytics. Free is a full link-in-bio page; Pro is for people who sell through it.
